Made from an indigenous hulless red barley variety that has been lovingly preserved at Paripoorn over the past three years. What began as just a handful of seeds received from a remote village near Amritsar has slowly been grown, saved, and nurtured season after season.

Naturally rich in fibre and known for its gentle, grounding nourishment, barley has long been valued as a wholesome grain for everyday eating. In Ayurveda, barley (yava) is traditionally appreciated as a light, balancing grain, especially during warmer months.
